I got my insurance card in the mail yesterday and can finally go to the doctor and figure some shit out, but in the meantime, I gotta grind through for a couple more weeks, than I can take it easy and hopefully get back to a pain free existence. Worked my way through some deadlifts tonight, working sets 255lbs for three sets of three. They were once again heavy and slow, and my right glutey/hammy/knee-y region was thoroughly pissed off by the time I was done, but I got it done. I have one more week of training on the heavy side and a week of deloads leading up to my next comp, so imma just keep on keepin on. On a side note, I caught some of the sunset and the colors matched my shirt, so that's pretty cool.
