Lydia is probably worth more than Meredith, even though she's not as experienced, is because she's a) more of a reliable source - because really would anyone trust anything a woman in a asylum says? and b) she is part of the pack and she is crucial in the pyramid (i.e. you knock her down, others may tumble... worth more overall) not to mention, Meredith was locked away, unable to really help ANYONE really, whereas Lydia is free to help do something about it and her intel helps the pack.

That's definitely a good theory. Plus, since she's so close with Scott, that could be why she's worth more, assuming the benefactor has a personal issue with Scott, that is.

grishabone: Nope, it’s the new US paperback covers! It really is quite beautiful. At first I wasn’t sure if I liked the new redesigned covers because I was so used to the original artwork but they’re starting to grow on me :)

you could do like biological warfare? it'd leave cities intact but could be a apocalyptic situation where some have a natural immunity to it and got sick and got better but others who didn't died from it.
