The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins | ★★★★
I'm going to start off by saying I don't think anything I say can possibly do this book justice. The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins is one of the strangest, and yet most beautiful stories I've read in a long time.

American Panda by Gloria Chao | ★★★★
I loved this story and how Gloria Chao addressed finding your own identity within your cultural heritage. And I always love supporting a fellow MIT alum!

☀️ Happy Thursday, Bookworms!! - Qotd: Do you have a most favorite read of 2018 (so far)?? - Can you believe we are almost halfway through 2018 already?! Where has the year gone?? Do you have a most favorite read of the year so far? I’ve read a LOT of great books already this year, (112 books so far, to be exact), but my absolute most favorite so far would HAVE to be *Children of Blood and Bone* by Tomi Adeyemi. This book was SO good, and all I want to do is read it over and over again. If you’ve not yet read it, you should totally check it out. Imagine Black Panther with a magical twist, and that’s what you get with this story. Check it out, if you haven’t already! 🤓 Now, tell me a little about YOUR most favorite read of the year so far! - It’s Thursday! The weekend is SO close, we can almost touch it. Do you have any big plans for today? I only have to leave the house today long enough to take my kid downtown, but other than that, I get to stay home ALL day, and I am totally going to take advantage of that free time and play catch up on all the things I’m behind on, and finish setting up my new computer. Fun times! What are you up to today? - - 📚 Best Read of 2018 (So Far). #AlltheBooksJune18 📚 Underrated Book or Series. #juneinbooks18 📚 Rose All Day. #junebookstagram18 📚 Bookish Mythical Creatures. #lillyricalmashup - - ☀️ So, do you have a Most Favorite Read of 2018 (So far)?? If so, what book?? ☀️ And, what are your plans for this lovely Thursday?? - - #bookphotochallenge #bookphoto #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagramfeature #currentlyreading #flatlay #yabooks #summerreading #childrenofbloodandbone
