AND WORST PART IS: I'M ACTUALLY ENJOYING IT?? NOT EVEN I CAN BELIEVE THAT😔😔😔😔

and since i came so hyperfixated with it, i decided i wanted to do fanart of it

the post gets so long with me rambling about this comfort show o' mine, so i'll put a little keep reading thingy (DON'T CLICK ON IT)

ok, so the story goes like this: a kid (True, the blue-haired 8 y/o, workaholic in season 2) and her partner, a cat with depression episodes (Bartleby, who is secretely a ninja, but shhhhh) are basically the heroes of the Rainbow Kingdom, a colourful place where democracy rocks and literally everyone and everything want to help and they get depresso when they don't get to- there's the King, ruler of the Kingdom, there's Grizzelda, princess from not the Rainbow Kingdom, i forgot what's the name of where she lives (also she's the COOLEST, BRATTIEST, DRAMA QUEEN SLAY I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A SHOW FOR TODDLERS) and there's Zee, friend of the four, which, ehh, i don't remember what's the name of what he was, but he takes care of the Wishing Tree and the Wishes, which are lil' creatures that turn into helpful partners that, well, help True and Bartleby to solve the daily havoc of each episode throughout the series

BUT!

WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT HOW THE "GOD" OF THE SHOW IS A LITERAL. TREE. like, MASTERPIECE OF WRITING HECK YEAH

(also i could NOT take the Wishing Tree song seriously after that thought-)

also i gotta say, i do NOT reccomend this show at ALL. it's cozy, funny, the jokes are awesome, heck yeah True knows how to make good puns, Bartleby is the coolest character ever, it's rated all so everyone can watch it, the songs are bops, they actually teach morals and lessons to children (which you don't really see today) also the therapy part at the wishing tree is my favourite moment of the show, it is so cool that they teach children about emotions and how to deal with them

in fact, do NOT watch it, it's on Netflix (or wco.tv)
