Just one question for my American friends. Is there still a Supreme Court that actually upholds the law? And more importantly, does Congress still have any real power? Because what I see is someone who does whatever the hell he wants all day long, rambling about “national interests” that are—blatantly, and to anyone with common sense—mostly about enriching himself first and foremost; someone who treats the U.S. military like his personal gardening service; who casually talks about invading allied countries and members of his own alliance; who rolls out the red carpet for a known criminal and murderer; and who, finally—and most importantly—is destroying, if it hasn’t already been destroyed, America’s reputation around the world. You may not realize it yet, but a big ocean and physical distance are not enough to shield you from—or spare you the consequences of—the actions of a man like this.
