a couple of hours ago i was starting to get sad and empty, and i went "ok Kayla u have to get up and fight it" and of course i didn't want to, AT ALL, but i did. however i didn't feel like doing shit, so i was like "okay at least just walk around the house and whatever" so i did that for a while and then i decided to turn up my music and dance. and after that i decided to go clean the freaking bathroom!!! and i felt a lot better!! i think slowly making myself do stuff (first just walking around and then start actually doing stuff) is a great thing to help me get out of a rut!
