Mystery sphere. I’ve had this thing for a really long time. I bought it for $1 from a lady in a run-down antique store. [She didn’t know what it was either.] It reminds me of the spheres from one of my favorite artist’s paintings. Rene Magritte.

 They were called Grelots and represented the sound of the carriage bells that his mailman’s horses wore. The groove was part of his fascination with concealment, and meant to hint that something might be inside.

It came up in conversation partly because I found this modern art example on Society 6 - [X] And partly because of a mysterious new item recently added to Minecraft. This is the ‘Heart of the Sea”-

 But my actual conundrum is this... I don’t know what the one I have actually is. The top and bottom spun independently from each other and the tiny screw in the center just tightened them so they wouldn’t spin. [The tip is a teeny hex-key hole] Apart from that, it’s plastic on the inside and not made to take weight, so it’s not a furniture caster. There’s nothing on the outside to attach it to anything and before it was broken the edges were still held slightly apart. The outer part is a thin layer of aluminum, and overall it’s very light. It is at least 17 years old. [I just fixed it with a small dowel rod earlier.] Does anyone have any ideas? I’m not looking to sell it, just pick the Internets brain.

Bi Jove, I Believe I GOT IT!! Ntry 03114: Short Film Inception

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! Sort of....?

AH yes, the Eureka I have been exasperatingly searching for in the halls of Limbo. I may have finally found Xscape, my key to limitless possibility.

For several weeks, I have been looking for a gracious host world to accommodate my characters. A theme I can carefully craft a story, that to the untrained eye is chaotic and organic, but to me is a  finite blueprint for things to come. I have a goal of where I want things to go, the course. I just needed the scenery, the rest-stops, the Breathtaking imagery, the endless horizon to guide me.

I have been looking at paranormal mysteries of our planet Earth, to give me some sort of foundation to base my aspirations on. I found one ancient mystery, actually 2 I may combine into one intriguing macguffin to send us all across the concepts of time and space literally. Here they are:

This is all for the short film, which I believe I labeled incorrectly or gave to much away in its description. The short is a Dramatic Sci-Fi Fantasy tale of accountability, sacrifice, moral ambiguity. Basically it is:

If you were to die today, are you happy with the being you are now? If you had just 1chance to correct 1 thing........Will you?

Coupled with 2 unsolved mysteries I began shuffling thru scrolls of fairy tales, tales that speak human nature dialect, while subconsciously  entertaining. I stumbled upon one where I watched its  adaptation  not to long ago. Here is a clue or 2:

That's when the Eureka moment hit me. I unearthed an Idea I don't believe has been explored in depth in cinema history, and it is so simple an idea. Those kind of ideas are usually the best.

Gestating this AWESOMENESS, I wandered about trying to make a single connection to my idea and the reality we have, through myths, religion, philosophy, anything I can use to give my idea credence or documented backup.

I found 1 myth that spreads across human memory in every culture here and long ago, giving the premise unbelievable footing that I cannot wait to reveal in due time. The myth, the latest piece of this puzzle, I am holding ransom until the appropriate time arrives.

I love that fact that in one sentence, I can whisk you away to valleys of stars and the heavens of your mind and the idea was in front of all us the whole time. The research I will be doing will be like finding a lost den of treasure for which we have no system to measure its value.

I CANNOT WAIT TO BLOW US ALL AWAY!!!

Hopefully, your as interested and confused as I am lololol. I wish I can tell you more of the short film and what it leads to.

I am afraid to give anything away, because, like J.J. Abrams says, 'people shouldn't know too much about the movie before they see it, for what would the point be of watching it, when the surprise and wonder is gone.'

I will say it has redemption, heart, sacrifice, love, humor, malice and inspired by recent true life events. It also serves as a socially conscious tribute to the times we are in, hopefully it is at least seen that way.
