Holiday festivities are always a welcome change to the dull day-to-day, seeing friends, parties, quality time with the family. This time should also be a time to refocus on your indoor gardens, all the little things you've been meaning to do and things you've been meaning to clean, upgrades you've been meaning to make. Now is the time to get all of your plants in a row so to speak; we all have time off coming up, so don't let it go to waste. Your plants, like your family need you to be at their very best. so take some time this weekend to clean out all the little nooks and crannies of your rooms, take the time, your garden will be singing!
Cleaning suggestions for the holiday:
-Clean fans/fan blades
-Wash walls and floors with a light bleach solution.
-Wipe the exterior of your pots/containers with a disinfecting wipe/towel
-Clean the tops of your hoods
-Clean the glass to your hoods (if applicable)
-Clean/disinfect your water catch trays.
-Knock out and or blow out your air filters of particulates.
-Check batteries in thermometers and other battery powered items.
-Do an inventory of equipment you need or will soon need
Keep your eyes open for anything else that needs attention, no one is going to clean it but you, do it now so you don't have a headache later! You'll thank me!
