I take pride and love doing what I do for work. I am fortunate enough to enjoy coming to work and fulfilling what I need to do for the day and come home satisfied. Lately, I came across a rough road in my career where I am judged by my work performance. Many negative thoughts came across my head a couple times, yet as I sincerely think about this situation that I am in, it’s slowly turning into a positive aspect of my career path. My pride is getting the damage when it’s complete ego, where sometimes, I need to be humble and ready to learn what others think about my work performance, therefore, I can grow.
