Roughly a week late and I think it is safe to say we are glad to be done with the monthly milestone pictures as both kids become more and more wild. Cosy is working on walking, loves to stand and gets the most proud look on her face looking for applause. She is still toothless and eager for teeth so she can eat the good stuff. Her favourite "game" is touching fingers as you say "ET phone home". She follows Maverick around like a shadow and loves to clap and give exaggerated kisses followed by a slap for getting too "fresh". We love you little miss. 3 days ago this little force turned 10 months. She is our little day dream during the day and continues to be our nightmare at night. Sleep deprivation continues to hit us hard! She is motoring around on all fours and loves to pull herself to stand. She is eager to walk and sometimes tries forgetting she isnt quite ready yet. She also learned to clap this month and finds it especially fun to do in the bath. For Christmas she is hoping Santa brings her her two front teeth. She is ready and wanting to eat but is limited to gumming everything. Maverick continues to be her favourite person and she takes great pride and joy in simply being in his presence babbling away to each other in which they seem to understand but it makes no sense to us. We love you Cosette. You are exactly who we needed after so much loss and devastation. One week ago this sweetie celebrated 9 months old. She is still toothless, fighting learning to crawl as she would rather walk and is trying to eat everything in sight with little to no success but she keeps trying. 3 days late but we've made it to 8 months old🤦🏻‍♀️...Parenthood, it starts with a late period and suddenly you're never on time for anything ever again. This month marked the end up my pumping journey, not by chose, but after 26 months of pumping in 36 months my body had said enough was enough. As for Cosy, she is actively on the move...backwards but on the move. She is working on forward crawling and is happy to bum scoot around. She has only in the last week decided tasting, but mostly playing with food is actually kind of fun. She loves blowing raspberries, frowning in professional photos and sing screaming at the top of her lungs. She loves attention from Maverick even if it's him picking on her. She is a chatterbox saying mom, dada, hello, hi and uh oh. She hates clothing and having her bum changed.
