Alastor thought Shakra's voice was exquisite from the first time they met. Learning that her musical Call was also a part of a grief song, firmly solidified it in his mind.

He sang it for her. Decades down the line, when he felt enough time had passed that she was either in Heaven or the soil of Pharloom. She deserved that kindness.

Vaggi is the only one to have heard him sing it, when Alastor believed himself alone in the music room. Though she didn't understand the words, something about it resonated deeply within her. Tears welling up in her eye.

When he was done, Alastor didn't turn towards her, he only hummed pensively and said: "She would rather more know the song, I'm sure. Afternoon, Vagene!" And then like that he's faded away to do whatever else he does and Vaggi has no words to describe what she just heard.
