So much to do with celery! Cut and put leafy stalk in colored water. Watch the tips of leaves change color in 30min-2hrs, showing the straw like function of stems (try different colors to see what shows faster). Use bottom as a stamp to make floral designs or put the bottom in water and root/regrow. Cut stalk and make letter shapes like C, U, M, W, O, E, the numbers 3 and 8. Taste test celery. It's Crunchy and that word starts with C. The organic celery has a stronger flavor.
