Urban farming platform GrowUp launches in London
GrowUp is an urban farming business dedicated to demonstrating a sustainable, commercial model for urban agriculture through vertical growing and aquaponics. The boxes provide freshwater fish and vegetables in a symbiotic, closed-loop system.
The GrowUp Box will be hosted this summer by the The Bankside Open Spaces Trust at the The Marlborough Playground on Union Street in Southwark and will be open to the public from the end of May. The project will also be part of the Chelsea Fringe Festival.
