See the hurdle. Acknowledge and honor the hurdle. Then step over the hurdle. Allow yourself the time to honor the pain, honor the challenge and honor the scary parts... honor them, and honor yourself. The hardest part is being aware. When you have awareness... nothing else is ever as hard. Stop kidding yourself. You know better.
