This is Borg. Borg is the king of the grublins, the race of black mana aligned goblins. More gobland lore after the break.

 Majority of grublins live in large packs, wallowing in their own filth. Living conditions for the grublins are awful, and most of them look sickly even down to their pale grayish color. Becoming king is almost nothing more than being the just barely stronger than most, and just barely smarter than the rest. And Borg knows this so he is not shy about keeping his fellow grublins living in unhealthy conditions.
