After my recent trip to Universal Orlando, I had some more ideas for custom minifigures, mainly the characters of the Despicable Me trilogy. Yes, Mega Construx does offer Despicable Me sets, and I would have used them if I really wanted to. However, the characters are not properly scaled when compared to LEGO minifigures, so this had to be done. Otherwise, the Minions would be taller than the minifigures, and that wouldn’t be good. Starting off is my first baby custom, Stuart. He’s my favorite design of the Minions, and I figured just one of them should do for now, but I might try some of the others if I get more baby minifigures. Fantastic ride. Storyline's a bit strange, but it's overall an enjoyable time with Gru and his lovable family. I know the minions aren't liked by everyone, but I personally like them in small to medium doses. It's Gru and his daughters that I love the most. They aren't kidding when they use "Mayhem" in the title.
