This project examines the binary of save and delete, function and malfunction, create and destroy. An old family photo negative is scanned and it’s hex data corrupted through adding emotive questions, “hello”, “do you remember”...”what do you see?” Each question responds with a glitch, a malfunction towards a new photo, a re-found memory.

Choreographing the city

This project explores the “oblique gaze” concerned with the shifting internal geographies of a place. The project uses the concept of choregography and notation to map out the rhythm and quality of space over a weekend.
