Sulani // Day 10: I woke the next morning to still no text or a call from Carlos? Hello???? Now i'm starting to feel very insecure... But I just went on with my day hoping he would reach out, and if anything I can always call him right? Maybe he is waiting for me to reach out first?
Guess who is back? Our cutie Aspen living her best life in Sulani! The globetrotter challenge has returned!
There was yet another Festival going on today, so i stopped by. Aspen: That Looks lovely so far! Kehlani: Oh hi! Thank you. I'm not much of a painter. I really only occasionally partake in the festival painting. What's your name dear? Aspen: I'm Aspen. Kehlani: Lovely name. Reminds me of my mother's! I'm Lani.
After we had some drinks we went for a swim together. Carlos works evenings so he could only stay for so long, but before he left he asked me to be official with him! Me and Carlos are officially dating... This is my first boyfriend in, honestly years.
We went back to my place and I made ourselves dinner, but the vibes were just off. Carlos had gone to the bathroom when I heard his phone buzzing a ton. I usually wouldn't do this but I decided to check it... Maybe it was an emergency? I saw multiple text messages from a contact named Wifey... I opened his phone and saw a bunch of texts reading "Are you coming home soon?" "I fly back home tomorrow, are you almost done with your meeting?" "Babe, hellooooo"
Sulani // Day 13 It's my last day here in Sulani, but I'm not leaving without soaking up this last bit of sun before I go!
Carlos: Why were you even going through my phone? You don't have a right to do that. Aspen: Cause it was blowing up with texts and I was checking incase it was an emergency for you. It doesn't matter at this point! You have a whole wife and you've been seeing me! Carlos: I told you we were separated... She came down here to see if we can fix our marriage. Aspen: Hows that going for ya? Does she know you have a girlfriend here? Well, I guess not anymore atleast. Carlos: You are not worth this fight. I'm leaving. Aspen: Please do. I hope you and the "Wifey" are very happy from now on.
Sulani // Day 4 I decided to go and see this famous ship wreck i've heard is a good tourist point. But man, why must people liter on this beautiful island? I wandered about the Island and found a huge waterfall I couldn't help but play in, made me really feel one with nature. Since I was scouting the tourist-y spots, I took a quick hike up to the volcano. I wonder if this thing has ever erupted?
