Hi Ali! I've created multiple accounts (and deleted them later) to get into the Shadow guard, but I never achieve it. Doing this I've noticed that I always get into the gusad that's #1 in the ranking (and Shadow has been 2nd or 3rd for a while now), could this be a coincidence? do you happen to know anything about it? I honestly didn’t notice that happen, I just updated the Guard test and did it about three times. I’ll do a couple of more to test the theory you pointed out, but the point of the test is to place you in the Guard that ‘best matches your personality.’ So it shouldn’t do that, it’s been a while since the glitch, but I’ll check it just in case.
During your guard test, you got Shadow, but you wanted Obsidian, and then at the very end, you said "it got fixed by the team so I did get into Obsidian." What did you mean by that? How did they fix it?
There was a big bug at that time.
Everyone was placed into Obsidian. I got placed into Shadow even though I picked mostly Valkyon answers.
But since it was such a huge issue and number inconsistency, an actual glitch, the team fixed it hours later. So, since I chose mostly Valkyon answers at that time, the game calculated it was right to place me into Obsidian.
So I got placed there then.
However
After that the team stated the glitch was fixed and how now the results will be random.
After that I tired to get into Shadow on other accounts but failed miserably.
So now I am on 2 Absynth and 2 Obsidian. Handling more than 4 accounts would be terrible so I gave up being Shadow.
The team does say things like “ one day you will or may be able to change your guards “ but I don’t see that one coming anytime soon.
On the french one I get it. I did pick Ezarel answers.
The US one was thankfully fixed for me. I picked mostly Valkyon answers.
The German one is a bit ...Meh...I picked Valkyon and Nevra answers. That was annoying.
For the Russian I picked the so called “ all Nevra “ answers based on a kind soul sharing the answers in my ask box. I even didn’t pick Shadow for the last question. Got Absynth. Deleted the account now.
Italian was a mess all around but I managed to get Obisidian.
Now that it is 2 : 2 I ‘ll stop here.
Final emotion: annoyed.
I don’t like the Absynth only clothes at all. Too flowery for me.
I love Obisidian only clothes. At least I will have a chance at those.
I kind of like Shadow clothes but now I won’t be able to wear them at all.
In the future I wanted to compare the Guard only pets so my goal was all three guards.
So far I can only do the Absynth and Obisidian only pets - in the future.
PS: may make another account on another version and take the test again to get shadow. -> I made the Italian one and deleted the Russian one.

Sorry, I had to take the Guard Test down for a bit because there seems to be a glitch. I think it’s fixed by now but I am not 100% sure. Normally, to get into the Obsidian Guard (Which is what Valkyon is the head of) you basically have to choose the answers that involve being a fighter and having courage. The choices like “Courage and Knife” would be towards him….however like I said. Idk if the glitch is effecting the choices and they have to be a specific order to get the guard you want.

Each answer should have a point and in the end the Guard with most points will lead you to become part of it. -> is what we mostly think. Who knows how it really works.
However
On the french version, even if people picked specific answers it still made them part of a different guard.
So in the end - the game randomly places you into the guards as well.

But it got fixed by the team later on so I did get into Obisidian.
I deeply apologize for this inconvenience, but after spending the last...idk 8 or so hrs and working on the guard test, there’s seem to be a glitch or an error when getting something other than obsidian. I am going to contact with the team and see what’s going on. The guard test is, hopefully, set on private. so if you cannot see it, it’s okay. When I know for sure this is solved I’m going to put it back up.
Also, I know some have asked a couple of questions, I am working on finding those answers for you and when I do I’ll post something again.
Again, so sorry about this. Luckily I asked for the next two days off so this is what I’m going to be working on.

An update on the guard test, I updated the answers to the Shadow Guard and tested it three times to make sure and so far it’s been giving me the Shadow Guard. So sorry it took this long, my life took an unfortunate turn and I am just now got back into a regular routine where I can finally put my effort back into Eldarya. Go enjoy and hope everyone has a wonderful day.
Note: This test determines which guard you’re going to be in, at this point in time it can NOT be changed once you taken the test. Even if you go back to play through the episode again you can’t change it. Mostly because the feature to play back to change the ‘history’ is not available yet.
Side note: I went through this test a whole bunch of times and I am convinced that there is a point system. I have yet to figure it out but when I do I’m gonna update this post :) Also, me being a dumb dumb I vaguely remember what the exact question and possible answers were (translation wise) so I’ll fix it later ***Update: I have gone the tests and so far they all gave me the guard it indicates. I am gonna do one more under the conditions one person told me about and put a note or update when I do it. Thank you everyone for your patience. Please let me know if there is any hiccups.***

Now to warn you, Shadow Guard is highlighted for this one, it’s because on a trial to find the Shadow Guard result I ended up getting Absynthe instead. So I ended up not having to intentionally get it as a result. When I figure out the point system I’ll fix it X3.
