The Dragon of Berk ~ {Set before the events of HTTYD}

Berk, home for many vikings, sheep, yack and lets not forget.... Dragons. It had been about two nights since the village was last raided by the beasts, and as usual Hiccup was sitting up in his room sketching ideas for a new device that would some how help him in killing a dragon. The room was lit naturally by the sun shining through the open windows. The muffled voices of vikings could be heard outside, along with Snotlout's overly loud voice trying to hit on Astrid. 

The little viking boy had decided not to leave the house today, due to the very embarrassing events that happened the last time the Dragon's attacked. Needless to say the whole village was watching as Hiccup tried to down a Nadder with a grappling hook, and rather than pull the winged creature to the ground it rather flew off with the boy still holding the rope. 

He brushed the awful events aside, focusing only on his invention, trying to ignore the ruckus outside.

13. A kitten

Here lemme make this into a drabble…

A small box with white wrapping paper and a blue bow wrapped around it (Poorly done, mind you. Jackie hates wrapping presents, because she sucks so much.) was placed at the doorstep of the girls home. With a quick knock and a mad dash to a tree she watched as Anita opened the door and grabbed the box. Confusion clearly written on her face which was replaced by a smile when she opened the box and a small white kitten poked its head out, a green ribbon to match its eyes around its neck. At the bottom of the box was a note. It read:

Welcome to the Guardians.

Jackie Frost.
