Royalty A!U with tangled-princess|| CLOSED

Hiccup maneuvered through the crowd of the other servants with a bit of difficulty, a stack of glass plates cradled carefully in his hands. The daily runs were just beginning, people were running all about, desperately trying to have breakfast prepared and the castle cleaned before the royals woke up.

This morning, the boy had kitchen duty; which probably wouldn't have been so bad if he could get of the crowd that was gathered by the doorway, no doubt planning a menu for some sort of feast. 

At last, he managed to make it through the cluttered people into the main dining room, setting the table with the other teens who had this particular job. He sighed in relief when they finished the first task, the only thing left to do now was to wait and serve whoever decided to come to breakfast this morning. He stood off to the side of the room by the one side of the double door. Another boy took the other side, both prepared to open the door when the princess appeared.

She rolled her eyes, turning away from him to stack some glasses. "What-" She scoffed. "No! Of course not... No no no...." //oh wow no don't worry about it seriously you just reblogged an asks thing and I was like yeah I should give them an ask and wow gomen no sorry seriously don't w o r r y

He smirked, watching her closely. “Yeeeaaahh… sure," he said, making sure to poke her cheek just to irk her.

"So Jack! Got your eye on anyone at the moment? The girls who dine at the restaurant seem to swoon every time you walk past." She looked at her co-worker expectantly, waiting for an answer, her hand casually holding a tray, which she perched on her hip.

"Curious all of a sudden now, are we, Punz?" Jack replied, smirking.
