#roadto225 day 98 244 lbs With the work week totally draining me I've been off for a few days but this weekend I got back into training. Yesterday was the February @giantroll.victoria #heavyweight #openmat meet up where I got to feel like a #lightweight against those guys and get crushed. Today was drilling in @gstrobbe2 #guardpassing class and then following that up with an hr on the #treadmill while reading over engineering drills. Luckily I've been back on #intermittentfasting and keeping a strict portion control these past 2 weeks so even through I was resting for a few days I didnt end up gaining anything. Hoping I hit below 240 by end of March.
