Dutch Renaissance meets 2018′s hyper-real movement in Gucci’s collaboration with Spanish artist and illustrator Ignasi Monreal for their SS18 campaign. Monreal has worked in the past with a plethora of powerhouse brands such as LV, Dior, Bally, and musicians such as FKA Twigs, Rosalia and the list goes on. And it is no wonder because there couldn’t be an artist who encapsulates the phrase “next level” any better. We haven’t been this excited by a campaign since the land before time, or something like that...
