do you ever feel like..when you are a kid, tastes are so rich and DELICIOUS to you, like, with candies and snacks especially? And things like bacon? and all those DELICIOUS foods. They taste like heaven to a children. 

But then when you get older and those tastes get plainer - maybe even grosser, maybe where you get disgusted with yourself that you're eating it, where you just cant feel the joy you did when you ate it as a kid? 

Those times when you’d always be excited to go to a fast food restaurant because the food was just DELICIOUS and that twinkies and cakes and those delicious strawberry candies you’d find in the bowls of the office counters, those dumb offices where you didn't want to be in because they were so boring. Those dumb strawberry candies gave you a shining grace in the light of a hell that is a boring office that your parents would bring you to, and you could never figure out where they got them from because you would never see them on the shelves of candies in Walmart, and you’d never find them in gas stations which was a prime place to grab a quick supply of your favourite treats. Those strawberry candies were heaven to me when I was younger, as well.

But if you are anything like me, you’ll throw a strawberry candy in your mouth and think, “Is this really the candies I loved as a kid?” Because there’s... no magic in the taste, really. Unlike as a kid, my eyes won’t light up at the opportunity to eat them anymore. I won’t feel the pleasure of the taste as I used to. I’ll eat one or two, suck until the outer layer breaks, and then spit it out once that gross gucky stuff in the middle is out. And I don’t even recall the gross gucky stuff. Didn’t these strawberry candies used to be red? They tasted better when they were. 

Taste buds change, alright. I mean, more so in a good way, I would say. Now, vs then, I can eat roast beef. I don’t get sick while drinking apple juice or eating vanilla pudding, anymore. I can eat whip cream without getting sick, chicken noodle soup is now my favourite sort of food, and the amount of fruit I loved skyrocketed. I also managed to find some means to eat those vegetables I hated so much - cut all but the leafy vegetables into small chunks or grate them, mix them together, and cover the mixture in caesar sauce. Delicious. 

Taste bud change can be bothersome, too. You may start enjoying foods you once hated before, yes. But you may start hating the foods you loved before. Me? I loved carrots once, right? I loved them to the point it was the only vegetable I liked, to the point my skin literally turned orange. Amusing, right? But now I hate them. And they have to be grated and mixed into a caesar salad in order for me to eat them without cringing. And like said - sugary candies become less appealing. People often eat less fast foods and notice that McDonald’s fries, while tasting good, leave a funny taste in the back of your throat. One thing with me is that I now can’t drink milk. It tastes gross. It is gross. The only time I’ll drink milk as, well, a drink, is if it’s flavoured. Then the taste and the feeling of drinking it doesn't bother me.

At least, I guess a few things never change. Some examples for myself... Fun dips are still fun. Ring pop candies make me probably the happiest 18 year old I can be. Ice cream is still heaven. Chicken has always been a favourite of mine to eat. And I always loved oranges. Jawbreakers are still the most entertaining. The tiny, silver-coloured ones that taste like coca cola are great too [Cola Balls]. Sour foods? I still love to challenge myself by eating some of the sourest candies that they’ll sell at the gas station. There’s a brand called toxic waste - rarer now than before because it pretty much is toxic waste in terms of it’s sourness level - which is definitely the most sour tasting candies I’ve ever had. I’d be moving one around my mouth for an hour, pretty much, and it’d not sit for too long because it was extremely strong. I’d take it out often and then wwhen my mouth relaxed, start sucking again. And I still love those tasty vitamins I’d get as a little one, the tasty delicious ones that i’d ask my mum over and over again for. I’d actually steal some from time to time, not realising that too much would give me an excess amount of those vitamins. I was only allowed one a day for a reason. 

Oh, and you know those wonderful, delicious werther’s? Werther’s originals, I mean. Caramel-coloured candies. I always described them as delicious solidified caramel. 

I hoarded those as a kid. My mum always had a massive collection, and I became sneaky in the act of stealing them from a container in the top of her wardbrobe. I remember the one day she caught i have been stealing them from her room. We were cleaning my room so i could replace that old ugly bed of mine, and in the midst, she finally discovered the likely total of 400+ werthers wrappers crammed between the bed and the wall, from the entire year. Whoops. 

Well, I still do love werthers. They still are a favourite. My eyes still light up when I see them, and I still get excited when i’m given them, and when I have a collectioN? They’re gone within the next day or two. Oh dear, they are a guilty pleasure. 

Well, this is just a sort of long rambling I’ve done. I guess I’m alright. I kinda started writing this, following my train of thought, after my dad made us all clubhouses and i pulled out a fatty piece of bacon and - while it tasted good - felt a vague sense of disgust with the amount of grease. This is Gudrin rambling.

Tbh I don't mind that my old url was taken by a porn blog. I'm just finding the title of the blog absolutely hilarious. And the fact it has nothing on it except for the title. And I also remember that both of hero-san's old urls were taken by porn blogs, too. On another note I still have no idea why my icon is Elmo with a fiery background. Maybe because I actually have nothing better to change it to and it leaves opportunity for dumb memes.

i’m not entirely sure about that because i have my five foot seven/eight friends tackling me for a piggy back ride

one time i was jumped on and we both collapsed to the floor because jumping on the back of a four foot eleven weak asian does not work

and i think i punctured both of our lungs

mostly me because i was the one being suffocated but it was her fault for trying

RP plot idea: 

Muse A is a part of a boarding school, and is known to be one of a group who 'sleeps around' with [whichever gender; maybe both]. And the groups motto is to get them in bed with full consent, and then leave them the morning after. And the fellow students are aware of the açtivities the group performs, but yet many have still taken a part of their shenanigans, making their "job" easier. 

And then a new student, Muse B, joins the school. And rumour gets out in the group that they are a difficult one to get, as they're seemingly not interested in any of them. Then, the group makes a bet with Muse A; get the girl/boy in bed. Muse A accepts. 

And thus they befriend Muse B, and while it was only just a ruse at first, Muse A  begins to see B as a friend, and later as even more. And they decide to simply drop the bet, and just continue becoming close to B. 

Turns out, their growing feelings are reciprocated, and eventually the time comes. However, not long after, Muse B figures out Muse A's original plans, and deems them as a betrayal. And Muse A must convince Muse B that they've changed over the time.
