Here is a simple and easy tea ritual to ease pain, promote calmness and bring mental balance ✨ What you need 🌸 water, preferably moon water 🌸 chamomile 🌸 cinnamon 🌸 lilac flowers or Rose petals 🌸 Lavender 🌸 mint 🌸 honey 🌸 a white candle Base ingredients are the chamomile tea and honey, everything else is optional but does help ✨ you start by boiling the water, whether it be moon water or not and visualise all the pain, uneasiness and imbalance being boiled out of it. Then you add all the herbs, one by one starting with chamomile and putting the flowers last, thanking the plants for helping you. Before you add the honey, light the candle and visualise all the negativity, pain and imbalance melting in it. Then you add the honey Either stir clockwise to promote the healing, calming and balancing energies from the tea or stir counterclockwise to banish any imbalances, pains or negative energies.
