i was thinking about all the stories where a bunch of soldiers from 2 different places at war with eachother put aside their assumed differences and act friendly for like a holiday or something, and i really wish i could say something smarter about that and fighting against political positions of power but i cant quite find the words so idk take that as you will. basically its like. why is a holiday or a specific event the limit. doesnt that make you kinda mad, how close we've gotten to solidarity time and time again? but yet we're still trapped like this
