Catch Pokemon.

Just go out and find somewhere with a group of two or three Pokestops in close proximity, College campuses and parks are good locations. Either pick somewhere nice to sit so your character can access all the pokestops, or take a walk around the park/campus/location.

Just catch pokemon, regardless of if you want them or not. Each Pokemon caught are XP, as well as each pokestop spun. Be sure to turn off the AR unless you want to take a pretty picture. Turning the AR off centers the Pokemon on screen and makes it easier to catch.

Once you’ve mastered the forward pokeball throw, and are confident in your aim and timing, work quickly to master the curve ball, as this adds extra XP to the Pokemon you capture. Do not attempt to catch pokemon as an amateurs curve ball thrower, unless you have an ample supply of pokeballs.

Adventure Medical Kits

We just received a supply of Adventure Medical Kits Professional Suture/Syringe Kits.

I consider this kit essential when traveling to third world countries or anywhere else where sterile components are not always available. It is even more important when I'm traveling with a group, as I do while leading teams to rebuild after natural disasters. More people simply increase the likelihood of significant injury.
