Why Every Home, Car, and Workplace Needs a Trauma Kit
Emergencies don’t wait for the right time. Whether you’re at home, on the road, or at work, being prepared can mean the difference between life and death. At BandageGuy.com, we’ve designed a Trauma Kit that gives you the power to respond confidently and effectively in the most critical moments.
What Is a Trauma Kit?
Unlike a basic first aid kit, a trauma kit is specifically designed to treat serious injuries such as:
Severe bleeding
Deep lacerations
Gunshot wounds
Broken bones
Shock and trauma-related injuries
It includes advanced medical supplies that can be vital during the first few minutes of an emergency, before professional help arrives.
What’s Inside the Bandage Guy Trauma Kit?
Our trauma kit is carefully curated by first responders and medical professionals. It includes essential, field-tested items such as:
Tourniquets – to stop arterial bleeding quickly
Hemostatic dressings – to accelerate clotting
Pressure bandages and gauze – for secure wound coverage
Chest seals – for penetrating chest injuries
Burn gel, trauma shears, gloves, and more
Each item is packed for quick access, helping reduce response time when it matters most.
Who Needs a Trauma Kit?
The better question is: who doesn’t?
Families – Be prepared for injuries around the home or on outdoor adventures
Drivers – Accidents happen fast—don’t get caught without the right tools
Workplaces – Especially in warehouses, construction sites, or anywhere injuries can occur
Gun owners and shooting range users – A trauma kit is essential for firearm safety
Emergency preppers and survivalists – No kit is complete without trauma support
Why Choose BandageGuy’s Trauma Kit?
We don’t just sell supplies—we offer peace of mind. Our trauma kits are:
Expert-approved
Compact and portable
Made with durable, high-quality components
Ready to use right out of the bag
When lives are on the line, second-best isn’t good enough. Equip yourself with a trauma kit built for real-world emergencies.

What’s a travel trauma kit if you don’t mind me asking?
Hi! I don't mind at all! It's good you asked : )
A Travel Trauma (Fighting) Kit is a Mini version of the Trauma Fighting Kit. (The link sends you to a DIY page of mine on how to make your own kit!)
It's a small box that you can take with you in case of facing trauma / PTSD triggers.
Here's my Travel Trauma Fighting Kit:
In it are the following items:
1. AmmoLa Ammonia Ampoules
These are strong smelling Ammonia/Lavender ampoules, basically smelling salts to get you out of dissociation or flashbacks. also good for severe understimulation.
2. TY Beanie Boo
A small handheld plushie to help calm myself down and soothe myself.
3. Hot Chili Candy
You don't enjoy eating this when you're not dissociating. These are spicy. But that honestly depends on what your spicy level is. I can keep these in my mouth the whole time when I'm dissociating, but when I'm fully in touch with everything, I have to take breaks with sucking on these.
4. Acupressure Bands (Sea Sickness/Car Sickness bands)
these are for your wrists! keep the pressure point on your wrist and press it to ground yourself. it feels weird, but it kinda works. It's not spiky by the way. I wish it was pointed.
Hope this helped!
I think I finally found a good place for my trauma kit in my truck.

A comprehensive guide to building a go bag for major disasters. Not a little EDC or “get home” bag… the author figures it’ll weigh in around 75 lbs. I myself would prefer to aim for Graywolf Survival’s 25 pound bug out bag concept, but if you’re really marching off into the sunset for good, I guess you’d better be prepared for a lot of contingencies.
