After rewatching Luca for the millionth time, I’ve got some observations & questions. Andiamo!
I would love if you sent me some of your theories or just asks in general if you’ve noticed or wondered any of the same things!
Daniela & Lorenzo Paguro:
Luca’s parents didn’t have to learn to walk when they came to look for him in Portorosso & were even pretty skilled on their feet (like when Daniela dominated all the kids in the kick-ball game).
What antics did Daniela and Lorenzo get up to when they were younger?
Daniela didn’t recognize Lorenzo right away after the change, so if they had gone to the surface in the past, they must have been much younger.
What happened to make them both so afraid of humans & refer to them as “bloodthirsty lunatics?”
Ercole Visconti:
Ercole seemed like he legitimately wanted to cause harm to Luca & Alberto and that unsettles me.
He was completely fine with the idea of ramming our bois with his boat, which at that speed…. probably could have killed them.
The only reason that this didn’t happen was thanks to Guido (angel boi).
Ercole also threw a harpoon pretty close to them while they were on their nighttime stroll looking at their vespa… not cool. What if he had bad aim?
This was all before he even knew they were sea monsters… pretty disturbing.
Cicco:
When Ercole lubes him up with olive oil before the swim, this absolute psychopath opens his eyes and THE OIL GOES RIGHT IN HIS EYES. HE DOESN’T EVEN FLINCH, DID THIS NOT BOTHER ANYONE ELSE?!?! WHO IS THIS BOI?
