Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup Guinness beer. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped onion. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. Slider buns. Cheese slices optional. Lettuce, tomato, pickles for topping optional.
Instructions: Mix Guinness beer, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper with ground beef in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together well until they are all evenly mixed in. Make small patties out of the mixture that are the right size for the slider buns. Warm up a skillet or grill over medium-low heat. Cook the patties for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Put the cheese slices on the patties in the last minute of cooking so they melt. Make the slider buns a little toasty on the grill or in a toaster. Put the sliders together by putting the beef patties on the bottom buns. You can add lettuce, tomato, pickles, or anything else you like on top. Add the top buns on top, and if needed, use toothpicks to keep them in place. Enjoy while hot!
