These Crispy BLT Salmon Sliders are a delicious twist on the classic BLT sandwich. Crispy salmon fillets are paired with bacon, lettuce, and tomato, all served on slider buns with a tangy Dijon mayo sauce.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets 4 oz each. 1 cup panko breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 8 small slider buns. 8 lettuce leaves. 8 slices of bacon, cooked crispy. 2 tomatoes, sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil for cooking.
Instructions: Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. Use salt and pepper to season the salmon fillets with. Cover each salmon fillet with panko breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Gently press the crumbs onto the fish to make them stick. Oil the grill or pan with olive oil. Cook salmon fillets for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are crispy and cooked all the way through. To make a sauce, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Spread the sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the sliders together. After putting a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, add a crispy salmon fillet. Add a tomato and bacon slice to the top of the salmon. Add the top half of the bun and, if necessary, use a toothpick to hold it in place.
