These Cabernet Venison Burgers are a tasty take on the traditional burger. The lean and flavorful venison meat goes well with the rich flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Perfect for a fancy dinner or a gourmet barbecue outside.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground venison. 1/4 cup Cabernet Sauvignon wine. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of Swiss cheese. Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for topping.
Instructions: Ground venison, Cabernet Sauvignon wine, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed. Make 4 burger patties of the same size out of the mixture. Set your grill or skillet on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. For medium-rare, cook the burger patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side on a grill or skillet. You can cook them longer if you want to. Add a slice of Swiss cheese to each patty in the last minute of cooking and let it melt. Put the burger buns on the grill and toast them for one minute, or until they get a little brown. Put lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings on the bottom bun of the burgers. Then, put the Cabernet-infused venison patty on top of the lettuce, tomato, and toppings. Your Cabernet Venison Burgers will taste great when they're hot.
