RWBY Sun

Sun uses a unique weapon, Ruyi Bang and Jingu Bang, and a few misconceptions have been around about them. The biggest one ive seen is that people assume the gun chucks are flintlock pistols, thus is impossible for two reasons that are similar. 1) flintlocks have a powder chamber making it impossible to turn upside down or spin. 2) flintlocks have a firing mechanism that is exposed and easy to see, Ruyi Bang and Jingu Bang don't have this. SO, what could it be? Its not super obvious unless you know old guns. It appears that, Ruyi Bang and Jingu Bang are similar to Winchester (repeating arms co.) rifles. pistols with a black powder appearance. Also known as a lever action.

Trapped//Open to Motorcity muses

All Mike could think of was getting his friend out of the building before it came crashing down. He reached out his hand and gave them a firm shove out of the doorway, sending them sprawling onto the sidewalk outside just as the floor gave way under his feet.

The brunet tumbled down into the basement level, the rest of the building coming down on top of him. He smacked his head on a piece of fallen debris, disorienting him even more. Once the rubble settled he began to regain some of his awareness.

Mike took a brief assessment of himself, noting that he could still feel his limbs, a few were painfully pinned down, but otherwise intact. He was lying face down in the debris. His movements were confined and as far as he could tell he wasn’t severely injured. That was until he tried to move his torso.

“Ah!” he gasped, followed by a sharp intake of breath. Something had pierced his side and would injure him further if he tried to get himself out.

With a frown he got his comm-screen up and tried to contact his friend out on the street. “Hey, you alright up there?” he asked them.

“What? NO WAY! Are you sure you’re not just working there or something? Because that would be sweet. Ya know, Texas used to do deliveries for Antonio but people kept gettin’ mad whenever I

showed up with half a pizza.”

What, it wasn’t his fault it smelled so good on the way over!

“Hey, if you’re gonna pick one up, you might as well totally add whatever you want on it. Surprise me! Or you can, like, wait five minutes ‘cause I’m kinda in my car anyway.”

“No, I don’t work here. We’ve had this talk, Tex. ...y’know, for some reason, that really doesn’t surprise me. Glad you took up racing instead-- now it’s only Dutch who gets mad at you when you show up with half a car.” 

Well, she’s here; may as well make the most out of it- She’ll order one for the rest of the guys too. “...Alright, I’ll order one for when you get here.”  With that, Julie clicks out of her call monitor, looking up at the menu board.  “Surprise him, huh? ...Alright, Hey, Antonio! Get me one with all the greens-- We’re surprising Texas!” 

This’ll teach him to call her up for pizza again.

Welcome to Motorcity

Amazing... He was lost. Again. 

Not that it mattered much. There was no special destination for him to get to. Still it would probably be god to find somewhere to rest that wasn't behind a dumpster or hiding in an abandoned building. The lack of shelter was starting to wear him out.

And his patch up work on his wounds were not doing their job. He was running out of clean strips of his shirt to use as bandage. Getting pelted by glass and having a piece of metal fall along your back was not the wisest of decisions that Mike had done. Not that he had wanted it or anything. Just his bad luck. Just like what father figure he had gotten attached to. 

But he wasn't going back. Kane had made his plans for Motorcity painfully obvious. Clear out or die. Not much of a choice.

At least this time Mike had wandered into a neighborhood with people in it and not just dead ends of caved in tunnels and roads leading way too high above the city to be traversed on foot. And there were lights and voices in the air. Maybe here he could find something to eat. Or a place to rest. Maybe even both. He could work for a meal. He knew how to clean and stuff. There was certainly someone that needed help or an extra pair of hands around.

So Mike stepped out from the alleyway he had come through and into the plaza. There were shops and what looked to be some sort of... gathering place. There was a smell in the air like nothing Mike had known before. It made his mouth water. Whatever it was he really hoped it was consumable. He didn't have any rations or cubes left.
