I don’t know how close I got to what you were envisioning, but I hope you enjoy my take on their outfits. I had a ball designing Rukia’s gown, especially. For awhile I've been trying to figure out what Rukia's repeated heart eyes reminded me of, and I finally figured it out: Black Sabbath's Symptom of the Universe. "All I have to give you is a love that never dies / The symptom of the universe is written in your eyes / Yeah /" That mischievous dark magic expression of hers in the latest is magnifique, by the way! (She had a similar one earlier, in a footsie art, which was also amazing.) You're so great at expressions!
Haha yes, she definitely had that expression in the “footsie” art (minus the heart pupils)!! I just love it so much and I’m happy you do as well! Thank you Dux!! ♡
... You know, I'd never noticed Hotaru/Saturn had basically the same eye-color, hair, and build as Rukia, before you posted that gif.
It’s no coincidence both of them are on my list of favorite anime girls you see :+)

[i don’t know how to vague about people, I never do it, it’s terrible, people should not do it, but the people have spoken, and they would like me to vague - I suppose this doesn’t have to be mean?]
Sometimes, I think this person has absolutely no concept of how brilliant they are, and that pains me, because they are stupendously smart and I would die to be half as intelligent as they are. I also worry so, so, so much about them, because they are so young, and have been through so much, and I wish I could come through the screen and make them feel better.

I still remember the day you came to talk to me for the first time and I was a bit starstruck. I’m still a bit starstruck, tbh - why are you even my friend? I am so weird, you even think my weird is weird.
But, honestly, you’re funny and kind and you pay attention to shit that I say and remember it for later and you never make me feel like I’m stupid when I don’t know what you’re talking about and you’re patient and you look out for the people who are a part of your tumblr life (which I am sure extrapolates to real life) and I know I can always count on you to be there when I need you, even at the expense of your own sleep. So, like, thanks for that.
