Mark had to get revenge on the person who humiliated him in front of his trailer. That is a no-brainer! He doesn’t like walking around in soggy clothes, and he doubts she would either — besides, today’s event demands that a water balloon be exchanged for a water balloon.
While he’s somewhat dried off, he’s still dripping from the attack by the time he tracks her down with a water balloon hidden behind his back.
“You ruined my stage makeup. This seems only fair.” The pettiness is very clear in his voice and in the way he throws his “weapon” at Random in return. (@stageplayhero i know i haven’t answered yours yet but i’m trying to get all of the asks out, so gunday attack!)

Well, crap. Random had thought she had more time to get away. But she supposes it's only fair when the snarky actor soaks her in return.
Still, even while trying to wring water out of her now dripping clothes, she can't help but snark back, "You looked better that way!" before fleeing.
