Spades loves his hats
don't worry my shitty male vris was posted (rightfully so i might add) having bad cosplay don't mean you a bad person homie.
NOT TO SAY YOUR COSPLAY IS BAD IT'S NOT AIGHT .
mine was actually posted positively in the thread, not negatively. im just amused because there's a LOT from Animefest, and I think I may have taken several of the pictures posted (which are on facebook only) and it's making me wonder who is posting them.
(also it's not rightful at all, sighs into wind......)
i'm sorry my recording skills suck
TAGGED
Tagged by: TheRealJohnWatson
This tag is to get to know the person behind the blog better. As with any tagging game there are rules:
Rule 1 - Post the rules.
Rule 2 - Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post and then make 11 new ones.
Rule 3 - Tag 11 people and link them to your post.
Rule 4 - Let them know you’ve tagged them.
What fandom meme annoys you most?
Ummmm none really. What is your favorite thing to come out of your fandoms?
THE MUSIC
THE ART
THE FRIENDS
I mean really--the friends I make out of the fandom (how I met my tagger and SO MANY PEOPLE)
What song have you been listening to on loop recently (links would be swell)?
There are two songs that have been stuck for me:
Eros and Apollos by Studio Killers, for more obvious reasons
Android Porn by Kraddy, because I imagine it as either a villain's efforts coming together or their entrance theme.
How do you feel about people you don’t know and/or don’t know you approaching you online like you’re friends?
I'm pretty chill with it :) I mean, that's how I meet people half the time IRL, but usually I acknowledge the fact that we don't know each other and make it into something funny.
Who’s your favorite Disney villain and why?
OH DANG. Took me a while but I think Edgar Balthazar. He was a pretty chill dude--loyal, sweet, quiet, dedicated. Then up came the conversation about his mistress' fortune and estate being handed over to a bunch of cats. Remove the cats and bam! He gets the prize. In his hurry and neglect in talking about it--I mean, it would seem kind of rude to ask about it "Oh hey, I just overheard you saying that you were giving the estate and fortune to your cats then me..."--and it is kind of easier to just remove them from the picture all together, but I can see the road without confrontation as nicer for some. While I can't say I approve of him going about this sneakily, I can say I do love that he kept to some moral code and didn't outright kill the cats just as he didn't outright talk to his mistress about her will.
Plus he's just drawn and animated so adorably and the way he's treated is not done with excessive amounts of drama or anything.
What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to ask someone but have never had the time/courage/etc.?
I don't think I have any? Usually since I get around to it eventually if not immediately. But I guess "Why do you love me?" is the most recent one since I really don't understand how anyone can want a relationship with me. I just don't see myself that way and I'm INTENSELY interested in how my lovely can. I wanna see through his eyes.
Are you one more to like something because it’s popular or avoid it because it’s popular?
Between those two? I generally avoid it because it's popular since in my town most things are ruled by Hot Topic and HT is catching on quick with the things I like--i.e. My Little Pony or Doctor Who. Half the time I see people wearing anything related to these two fandoms, I wave and ask them stuff about the show--half the time being disappointed that the people just like the design and the fanart and have never seen the show and that's the only reason they have the merchandise. It's disheartening.
What’s one out-dated website or computer program you still use?
.....Me. Can I be an out-dated website/computer program? Because otherwise, I don't think--oh wait, typewriter. Because that is now a computer program. Or my luggable. Can these count?
What is one movie you enjoyed as a child but never appreciated until you grew up (besides all of them, that is)?
THE IRON GIANT. I loved it as a kid, but growing up and realizing all the work that had to go into making it just astounds and intimidates me just as it inspires me. That and Who Framed Roger Rabbit/ The Phantom Tollbooth.
When was the last time you made a fool of yourself in public?
Last time I was on campus--so last Friday.
When was a time you thought you acted foolishly but were perceived as heroic instead?
Erryday. Every time I open my mouth and blurt out something I find silly and somehow it makes people smile. Otherwise I can't think of a moment.
Rule 2 - Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post and then make 11 new ones.
QUEEEESTTIONNNNS:
What's something you find interesting about yourself?
Who is your favorite animated villain and why?
What's something you want people to notice about you?
Something you've done that you're quietly proud of/ something you want to say but haven't found the space to say it?
Can I pester you sometime, maybe just shoot you an ask because I just want to let you know that I know you exist?
How do you feel about that last question?
How do you small talk/flirt?
Can I touch your face? Or if that's too strange for you--pancakes or waffles?
Can you tell me about something/someone you're in love with right now?
Have any of these questions helped you to relieve any stress or brought a smile to your face? OH HEY What do you do to make yourself feel better?
What's something on your "to do when I've got money" list? (for example: When I get the money, I'm making a steampunk functional mobile that has something representative for each of my fandoms on it. True story bro.)
ABOUT HOW I TAG PEOPLE:
Trying to get those I don't know IRL. But if I do know you IRL, consider yourself SECRETLY TAGGED DOHOHO (/if you wanna do it, feel free--then I can pretend I have more friends than I really do)
