Minor eRmA gUrDy headcanons because she’s my current hyperfixation lol

A few of these I’ve already posted about, but I’m putting all of them here in one post

* Upon manifesting in the Minor carnival, she decided to usurp the bugs’ vision in a split-second decision. It was extreme pain and fear of blindness that fueled that decision.

* For a while, her existence was a living nightmare, with constant crushing guilt and the desperate voices of the bugs inside of her begging to be freed. However, her fear of being blind was so strong that she couldn’t get herself to let them go.

* This guilt, along with the constant voices in her head, began to make her very irritable around her fellow Paironormals. As time went on, she began to realize that maintaining this persona of being a jerk was a lot easier than dealing with her guilt. She tried to convince herself that she was evil and truly wanted to torture them.

* However, no matter how much she played into this role, she could never truly convince herself that she wanted this. She still struggles constantly with guilt, along with crushing self-hatred.

* gUrDy hates everything about herself, from her appearance to her cruel persona. She also hates the fact that she has grown used to the voices of the bugs in her head.

* Everyone in the carnival thinks gUrDy is a jerk, but they all care about her. She’s so grateful for this and wishes she could express it to them.

* She has a particularly sour relationship with Owlesque. This stems from her especially cruel behavior towards him, which is the result of her deep jealousy of him. She deeply resents him for how happy he is, along with the fact that he is the embodiment of freedom from masking.

* gUrDy wasn’t particularly close to anyone in the carnival until Galymph arrived. She found his chill and lazy personality to be very easy to get along with, and the fact that he didn’t have the preconceived negative notions the others have about her helped her to start a friendship from scratch.

* Recently though, she’s found herself growing terrified of the thought of Galymph finding out the truth of her relationship with the bugs and abandoning her.

* She’s also found it harder to keep up her persona upon forming a genuine happy friendship with someone. This, along with crushing guilt and fears of abandonment, are making it harder and harder each day to keep masking. She feels herself cracking and she’s not sure what to do.

Gurdy may have lost his memory, but upon hearing this news, well... Sadness overwhelms him.
