I remember visiting her salon at Panchsheel park and as a young lady all of 27 feeling over awed as I had just shifted to Delhi from a smaller and cozier town of Aurangabad ( Maharashtra) . When I heard her speak about how she has handled her single mom status from the age of 22, bringing up her daughter singkehandedly , dyslexia and as she was weak in numbers and never understood how to deal with finances , and people , how once her fingers just gave way and she couldn't hold scissors to do the one thing that she loved doing and was her bread and butter....I just stayed glued to my seat and marvelled at this gutsy lady....
