Why are our lives so complicated? Yes, the outside world interferes and sometimes shit just happens, but what about those reoccurring patterns in our own private lives? I've been using Guru Enlightment's book as a guide to my own mind and heart. All of us have some hard, real facts to face when it comes to ourselves, but we have the time and the gifts to grow. If you are looking for answers, I highly suggest reading Guru's book. It doesn't give you answers, but it gives you tools to find them within yourself.
