Bio-photons and food
“Bio-photon emission is the spontaneous emission of ultra-weak light emanating from all living systems, including man. The emission is linked to the endogenous production of excited states within the living system. The detection and characterization of human bio-photon emission has led to suggestions that it has potential future applications in medicine.”
So apparently there is a method to test the level of bio-photons in food. There are claims that raw/organic foods have 5x higher emission rates than processed or cooked foods. It’s becoming a good argument for raw vegans. I mean, it makes sense doesn’t it? Our human body is made of living cells so shouldn’t we be consuming living cells for proper sustenance? Vegetables and fruits are so colorful, nourishing, sweet and attractive to the human eye. They give us literally everything we need. All you gotta do is plant seeds into the earth and water them. Maybe when we started cooking and refining foods is where we went wrong, maybe not, but it’s definitely something to think about given that the human anatomy is closer to that of herbivores than carnivores.
I don’t think I can give up cooked foods while living in North America. It’s just not practical. Perhaps once I relocate to Africa I will have the chance to pursue such a lifestyle.
