DRUG ABUSE: 21-year-old man dies inside a hotel room after consuming multiple drugs in Ikorodu, Lagos.

A young Nigerian man identified as Kenneth a.k.a Dagba has died after consuming a drug combination called “Gutter water” inside a hotel room in Ikorodu, Lagos State.

According to reports, ‘gutter water’ is a combination of tramadol, codeine, cannabis, refnol, mixed with water or juice.
