oh yea 1 good thing that happened to me recently is that i was asking around for some pdf rips of old moomin books (finnish translated) on a discord and some dude straight up bought 4 books off the legitimate storepage and converted them to pdf to send to me unprompted.

You remember- the one who says he puts the "sensual in consensual"? Well it's darker now when I get off work because daylight savings time so he just agreed to use his break to walk me to the bus stop because it's really dark when I leave now and the one time I walked alone to the bus stop this week I got catcalled like three times and people were getting high as I passed. And I mentioned that even with my pepper spray and knife I was terrified so he said he'd take his break (he starts and works later than I do) to walk me back so I wouldn't be afraid.
