The Legacies wish world number three, where Hope wasn’t born. Triad is after supernaturals because Klaus Mikaelson exposed them. (Reasoning for it is up to the Klaus player). He never met his daughter, Hope Mikaelson (In this she is a Marshall). Supernaturals are trying to stay away from the Triad, humans are scared of the world that they just found out exists.

Elizabeth ‘Lizzie’ Saltzman was born as the daughter of Alaric Saltzman and Jo Laughlin. During circumstances Jo got murdered at her own wedding by her twin brother and the coven magically transplanted the twins in Caroline. Which makes the twins the only surviving from the Gemini Coven of their uncle murder spree. 

Caroline carried the twins, but once the twins were born. Caroline took off. Meaning Alaric got left with his twin daughters and he got to raise them by himself. Lizzie only knew one mother and that was the woman her father had told her about. The woman he was about to get married to. 

Her father would do anything in his power to protect his daughters. And he doesn’t want them to get in any harm. So Alaric made from the Salvatore House a refugee center. Where the refugee could stay and hide for the war that was going on. All supernatural creature was welcome, from witches to werewolves to vampires. 

It was easy for the Saltzman twins to blend in with the supernatural. Since the only way to out there powers is to siphon it from a magical source. Alaric had the feeling that having a refugee center that it would give the twins more safety reassurance. 

Once a random witch told the girls about the merge that is suppose to happen when they turn twenty- two. Lizzie lost it and she lost control over her powers and she hurt the most important person in her life. It was never her intention to hurt her sister her best friend and yet she did it. Knowing how scared her sister was and Lizzie could see Josie didn’t trusted her anymore.

Knowing these powers made Lizzie realize she has a lot of dark power inside of her. And she doesn’t know if she had to do something with the darkness or try to let it all go and trying to be on good terms with her sister again. She was scared to use her magic again and yet she couldn’t stop using it. Like it was such a rush. 

In the war, Lizzie is a fighter and is doing everything in her power to protect her family. No matter what she had done. Yes people started hating her for what she did to Josie so they first kicked her out and later on Lizzie did came back. Just wanting to help them out, in the hope that people will start to trust her again. 

Lizzie was just somehow drawn to the darkness that was inside of her. Yet she just doesn’t want to hurt anyone she cares about anymore. She needs to learn to use her powers to use it on the bad guys not on the people who are on the same side as her.   .

               whispers become murmurs & soon enough, those words are loud enough to reach her ears. even in the confinement of the mystical falls supernatural barricade, the sea goddess finds it rather exhausting to hear the same thing over & over. people make mistakes, though it doesn’t mean that they are deserving forgiveness. she understands that these supernaturals are all TEENAGERS. they are young & naive & need more than just verbal tortures. if only she was the kind of god that would guide them into the light. unfortunately, she’s not here to make friends. she’s exhausted as is, hence the reason behind her wandering around the empty hall in the middle of the night mindlessly. restlessness finds her at the most disturbing hour. while others sleep, she’s awake. when they are awake, she wants nothing but to rest her heavy eyes. & because of her exhaustion, her body collides with another on her wake. the collision isn’t as hard, though it did bring her out of her reverie & stir her awake. blinking, she regards the person in front of her until a deep sigh escapes her lips. ❝ shouldn’t you be asleep, elizabeth ? ❞ // ★ @abrokenwitch

welcome to the triad war, CAROLINE FORBES-MIKAELSON !

she didn’t turn her humanity off when she lost her mother in 2013. instead, the pregnancy with the twins is what pushed her over the edge -- the forced motherhood, the fact that she didn’t have her own to help her through it. everything served to be too much, and after the scare of their birth, she couldn’t take it any longer. she turned it off; vanishing from their lives before they could know her as anything more than a concept. keeping away from them and her friends was priority numero uno, but not impossible. if anything, she was an expert at staying off their radar. it was a carefully built life but it was hers, and she didn’t have to feel the pain anymore. there was no remorse for leaving those girls behind her when they needed her most. for her, it was her life, and then it was everyone else’s, and she was content with the illusion she had created. 

then klaus joined the fray -- an unexpected turn that excited her more than anything. from what she could tell, it seemed to get the rest of the mystic falls gang off her back too. was it their patience that failed them, or their better judgement?  even she questioned their reasoning for leaving the original hybrid to the task... but not too often. their game of cat and mouse lasted about five years before caroline was finally apprehended by him. ( no one can prove whether or not it was an intentional surrender??? ) she always knew he had the power to turn her humanity back on, which prompted her to build a tolerance for vervain, but a part of her wanted to believe he wouldn’t do it. so when it was time to be bled dry to be compelled, it stung like a betrayal. she did not go quietly into that good night, and she made sure to let him know exactly how she felt.

when she came to, there was little strength left in her. the years of repressing the emotions of pain, loneliness, and guilt had caught up to her all at once, and it took everything in her to not vanish again -- to wallow in it. but the silliest thing happened instead... she stayed. she stayed with him, and found a comfort in doing so. it was not easy, it was not all rainbows and butterflies, but she couldn’t leave. she found herself not wanting to. so, it’s safe to say that when things between the factions became tense and impossible -- when the man she had vowed to love through sickness and health, she stood beside him, and promised to do whatever it took to set things right again.

It was a mess the war was just really out of hand. The supernaturals were for sure in danger and Lizzie wanted to help in any way that was possible. Besides the fact that almost everyone were hating on the girl because of the fact what she had done, hurting her twin sister that it left her sister a scar. Meaning her father got furious that it made Lizzie leave the place and just was on her own for some time. Lizzie only just don’t know where she had to go or if she should just head back to the refugee center where her father and sister was. 

Knowing she had lost control over her magic once a random witch told her and Josie about them to merge at the age of twenty two and Lizzie just was shocked about it all and didn’t expected it. She just couldn’t imagine to kill one another. She sighs as she was halfway back but then she stopped walking. Was this something she actually wanted.

               it seems as though everyone is as restless as she is, though for a different reason. their restlessness comes from the ongoing war. a war that doesn’t have a victor. it would be easily decided if she’d care about ending it. that a divine deity, a goddess with the power to end every single war with just a snap of her fingers, would step up & save these teenagers from their impending doom. that’s not why she’s here. the gods have stayed away from the mortals’ affairs. despite them being supernaturals, they can still die. there’s no resurrection or reborn, just straight to an afterlife like the rest of their kind that had gone before them. the gods are selfish for that reason. the mortals have stopped praying for them, therefore, there isn’t a reason for them to step in & intervene. thus, there isn’t a reason for charybdis to step in , either. so when she wanders into the kitchen, where all the liquor are neatly stored away, she bumps into a teenage werewolf. what is he doing here ? that question doesn’t need an answer. she’s not here for him. although, he’s in the way of her target; THE BOTTLE OF BOURBON. ❝ pardon me ----but could you move ? ❞ // ★ @humanitycease
