OKAY. I FINALLY FINISHED THE GOLDEN TOWER.

Was this book chaotic as fuck? Yeah. The Assembly still sucks. The Masters still fucking suck (maybe not Rufus).

Was I annotating “what the actual fuckity fuck” in almost every margin? Yeah.

But did I love the entire series? Yeah.

Would I have loved it even more if the last book did not feel rushed? BECAUSE IT DID. Still, yeah.

I still hate Celia. Like fuck her. Also hate motherfucking Colton.

I hated Jasper because of the gossiping w Celia thing, and being a bully in Iron Trial, but his progress as a person is good for me. I like him again now. Because after everything, he was still there for Call when Call needed it.

MASTER RUFUS, HOW THE FUCK DO YOU KEEP SELECTING MAKARS? Also. I love your fucking brain by having Call and Alex/Aaron go through the Final Gate. Nothing could have saved both boys from any sort of suspicion by other Assembly members except for the gate of balance proving they are pure of heart. Magisterium again aaaa

Okay so imagine Hogwarts!Magisterium. So now you've got that in your mind. Aaron would definitely be a Hufflepuff at first glance but then I used my brain a little more, and my brain went GRYFFINDOR! Like in the first book he is literally described as Captain America(but in a good way of course). Tamara and Jasper are practically textbook Slytherin. Ambitious, long line of uppity mages, very high brow, and all that good stuff. So what is Call? At first I was like, yeah totally Slytherin, but he was also very escape my legacy-ish, and that is pretty much all the Gryffindors. But he's also super loyal and stuff, so he could definitely be a Hufflepuff. I have absolutely nothing for Ravenclaw, I mean, LOOK AT HIS DUMBASS DECISIONS, but I guess he's clever? So I don't know. You can tell me what you think. Rufus is tired and done and totally McGonagall. And I guess Constantine would have to be Voldemort but that really doesn't sit right with me. Ooh, maybe he could be Regulus because of that whole Regulus and Sirius fiasco. Which would leave Master Joseph as Voldemort, IN THE PERFECT PLACE TO BE MURDERED VIOLENTLY AND HORRIBLY. And since Gwenda was the one good thing in TGT, I'll include her too as a Ravenclaw. Celia seems very Hufflepuffy, and I don't think we have any interesting characters left, so time to wrap this up and give it to the world to attack. Oh and Alex is enough of a bitch to be Bellatrix.

Builder Post!

Made my new builders! So far, the only one I’m actually playing as is Lacey (bc starting too many files is Overwhelming), but I’ve decided who they are, who they marry, and what they do mainly.

Lacey is the owner of the Pink Lace workshop! Her aesthetic is the complete opposite of Paulie’s, and what can she say? She REALLY loves big, strong dudes. Paulie better be fine with pink furniture and their future cat, Pinky >:3c

Builder Becca, owner of the Lil (shop of) Horrors! She knows she needs to do commissions and build to make money, but she LOVES fighting and ruin diving. Ends up joining Arlo on his morning runs when he passes by her workshop, and talks about some Dangerous Adventures she takes in the ruins just to stress him out. Power Couple.

Builder Gwenda, owner of the Shooting Star (or Wishing Star, idk if thats short enough dskjdkj). She’s really tired, and stressed, so prefers low-energy ways of making money. Also loves animals, so farming and ranching are perfect for her. She’ll forget to eat a lot- either lost in work or lost in Depression-, and Django caught on after a while. He makes sure to, at least, check on her before dinner service. If he can tell she hasn’t eaten, he brings her in and gives her something either on the house or half price, if she insists on paying.
