Alternate Universe versions of Zak Saturday
Bad Ben version of Zak Saturday we may of already seen, Zak Monday. He came from an imperfect reflection of the main universe. Ever one from that world had one difference from there counter part.
Gwen 10 What-If version of Zak Saturday met Max Tennyson, his niece and nephew when doctor animal tried to steal some cryptids for there DNA. Ben admired how much Zak could do without tons of power and Gwen was jealous of the scientific equipment he had access to. Overtime Zak and Ben became like Brothers while Max became friends with Doc & Drew Saturday, becoming the Plumbers liaison with the secret scientists and having a very interesting conversation with Arthur Beeman.
Gweniverse version of Zak Saturday would meet Gwen when his family went up against Hex, covering up crushes for each other with argumentative behavior. Basically becoming Gwen's relationship equivalent to Ben & Kie Green.
Mad Ben version of Zak Saturday saw this world end and is helping a new one begin with the Utopia Project. After the apocalypse the Secret Scientists saw a chance to not only save people, but to build a new world. So they all worked together to make a settlement called Utopia, most of which is ran from behind the scenes by the Secret Scientists. The Saturdays actively head out into the wastelands to find survivors, threats & knowledge. Zak grew up quicker in this atmosphere, feeling more at home in his muddy orange clothes in The Wasteland then in the self sanitizing uniforms of the Utopia Project.
Benzarro's versions of Zak Saturday is protected by not only his family but the secret scientists. All of which are working on a cure for the zombie virus, testing on Fiskerton Saturday after he was bitten. Leading a more sheltered life Zack is more quiet and introverted, wearing predominantly white like the rest of the secret scientists. Regularly arguing that they should take in survivors no matter the risk and that he should be allowed to go out in the field to help his family and others.
No Watch Ben version of Zak Saturday never got the power of Kur, meaning his family didn't want to take him on as many missions due to the risks. Them saying he wasn't ready only made him train harder leading to more acrobatic and martial skills. He is slowly brought more into the fold as all of the secret scientists deal with the increase of alien activity on Earth. Meaning the entire Saturday family is off kilter as all of their cryptosoology knowledge is meaningless when you're up against something from outer space.
Nega Ben's version of Zak Saturday had a family that was too over protective. Firstly because of the powers of Kur and secondly the world was being overwhelmed by aliens that they had no knowledge of unlike the cryptid threats. So Zak was not allowed to join in on missions in any way but information gathering. He became well read on Cryptids but distant from his family and apathetic to the plates of Cryptids. Dressing mostly in black to match the macabre nature of his research and spending most of his time watching Weird World. Basically the inspiration for Nega Ben was emos, so inspiration for Nega Zak is goths.
Ben 23 version of Zak Saturday was born into a world where aliens were known to the public but Cryptids were not. Cryptids ended up being attacked being presumed to be aliens. So his parents had to come out the Shadows and reveal the existence of Cryptids in the most public way possible. They were the first of the secret scientists to take a public role before eventually the entire group did. Basically becoming the Steve Irwin's of the Cryptid community, meaning their family were constantly in the public eye. Zak grew up hafting to perform for the camera, using his Kur powers to show how safe Cryptids can be. He still grew up with a deep care for Cryptids, but also a growing resentment towards his parents leading him to act out using his powers. Realising how sheltered his life is he only wants to live a normal life out of the public eye. The inspiration for this was the inverse of Ben 23 wanting to be in the spotlight.
