She doesn’t understand a single word on the page she’s reading, her vision blurring out of sheer boredom. Studying isn’t Eden’s strong suit, it never has been and it probably never will be. She’s pushed aside divination homework and is reading over herbology scrolls. Her interest and talent lie heavily in herbology, wanting to use the magical plants in modern medicine after she graduates. Her problem area, an area she needs for her future practice, is potions. She hasn’t even glanced at her potions homework but she knows she has to. Her eyes dart upwards, locking on a Slytherin boy sitting down at one of the nearby tables. She recognizes him as being a year above her, which means he’s already taken the class. Perfect. She gathers her things, pulling all of her courage together, and moves to the table where he sat alone. “Hi, um,” she pauses, looking for the right words, “you’re a fourth year, right? I was wondering if you could help me with this potions assignment.” || @gxhinorps
