Chew me up and spit me out.

Eat me raw, bone and saw.

Gnaw on my marrow, along with sorrow.

Mother of the Iron Wood-

Mother of the wolves,

Knock me down- so I can get right back up.

Hail to the Jötunar, Hail to the Gýgr, Hail to the Gods, Hail to you.
