This isn’t related to the post but now that I have your attention I’d love to talk about how to recharge, how to stop starting over - I know we are all human and like to relax , rest and let go from time to time. I understand it’s exhausting to keep up especially when you have big goals, dreams etc... with that being said is there a way to keep your energy up? I came across a video the other day from @stephiscold chatting with @beastmodejones . And one of the things that peeked my attention was how “Chris inspired Steph to go harder” I’ve been watching Chris for years and I love his channels not because it’s the most informational in terms of nutrition and workouts. Truthfully I don’t care about that. I love his stuff because you can tell he loves what he does. You see the passion, desire , drive in each video he presents. - So the answer to the question is purely “LOVE” in what you do. When you love something working hard isn’t really a burden. My advice to you if you want to take it is , doing something you love each day. In all honesty I refuse to do the things I hate doing and leave the things I love behind. - Take that to the bank. Do what you love each day, if you can make it a career you’ll be even happier.
