To My Gymnasts: FOLLOW YOUR (beautiful) HEART’S 

Last week, I had handed out a coloring page with a gymnast to color and they loved bringing it back the next week to hang up in the gym!

I love their creativity and the fact the coloring page motivates them to try hard in gymnastics class. 

Coloring pages seem to be super popular right now and I am guilty of having more than five of them HA! I thought the Follow Your Heart was super cute and inspirational. 

I’m so excited to see what the gymnasts come up with to decorate them next week.
