MY WEIGHT LOSS STORY
Back when i was young, i never experienced being thin. I was fat back then. I always eat whatever i want, i am not aware of my body, people start teasing me because of my physical appearance but instead of exercising, i just eat more and more. And then i lost my self confidence. When i entered college i became conscious about myself. I started working out at home, i watched workout videos in Youtube it's FITNESS BLENDER if you want to try it. It's really a great channel because it will really motivate you to go lose some weight. And then one day my friends introduce gym to me. I didn't expect that night that i will workout on that gym. Its not the typical gym that you will see because there's no thread mill and other usual things that a gym has. Its a unique gym. It was a great gym because the coaches really knows what's best for their client, they really know if you're really in pain or not. Last week of january i noticed that i already loss 2 kilos and i was so happy. But because i did not achieve that of just working out i do limit my foods that i take. And as the months go by i've already loss 5 kilos and it bring back my self confidence, i can wear most of my clothes, most of them is already loose to me. I never thought that i will achieve it but because of discipline i achieved all of that. My workouts are really hard it's crossfit by the way. So if i can do it, you can too. There are times that i want to eat comfort food but then again i wouldn't trade the workout i did in the gym than those sinful foods.
For those who are curious about where i gym it's called POUND FOR POUND FITNESS. They have a lot of branches so better check it out. They offered circuit and crossfit training, boxing, muay thai :))
